My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating and chaotic. Despite submitting all requested documents multiple times, I continue to receive calls stating they are “missing information.” Communication is poor, with different representatives providing conflicting information, making every interaction feel like a fresh start. I opted for the program to reduce stress, but instead, it has added more chaos than my financial situation ever did. Balancing a full-time job, I can't afford to spend hours seeking the same answers repeatedly. The lack of clarity and internal confusion is absurd — nothing is explained adequately, timelines are constantly shifting, and I'm often left unsure of what is actually needed. I regret my decision to choose this service. Their internal processes require significant improvement, as it currently seems like the client bears the burden of their errors.
