The staff that work for this service are unfriendly. As a Disabled Veteran seeking assistance, I initiated a file but couldn't deposit funds due to a Government shutdown. This morning, after being transferred around four times, I finally spoke to a representative who was quite rude. When I requested to speak to a Supervisor, I was told no one was available and the call was disconnected. I called back and got the same representative. I would not recommend this service for Military personnel or Veterans, as it does not seem to be supportive of them. I have filed a complaint with the regulatory bodies regarding my experience this morning.
