On 3 separate occasions I spoke to the "need help". They were useless. I did all they asked and instead of fixing their site they are forcing me to pick an option I am not comfortable with. I did change browser, clear case and history. Used my phone as well as my computer. They keep saying chat will not disconnect but did 3 times amd had to reiterate with 3 different people. Ridiculous service, they need to send this to their tech department for repairs. This is twice this has happened with no proper resolution. Horrible customer service.
