This company commits fraud on elderly people and refuses to accept responsibility for their lack of communication with customers. They had no problem taking my money and advantage of senior citizens on fixed incomes, who purchased silver and was charged not only for the coins, but Insured Delivery. They lie, cheat and steal from good American senior citizens and refuse to give information on who the insuring company so a claim can be made. Fraud to several people if you look it up, which I wish I had prior to doing business with them. Do not order from them, they do not honor what they say they will do, just take your money!!!! And by the way, do not trust their rating, they just delete the honest reviews while frauding the hard working people who made the BIG mistake of trusting them. And the false statement of being insured is not honored and they will not give you the insurance information so you can make a claim.
