I had a very bad experience with MoneyMotion as a seller. A customer purchased a product through my checkout, received it, and even used it. After some time, the customer opened a chargeback and the system refunded the money automatically.The problem is that I never received any notification asking me to submit evidence or respond to the dispute. The refund was processed without giving me any chance to defend the transaction.Because of this, my account balance is now negative (-$573.64). I am a reseller, which means I already paid for the product from my supplier. So I lost the product AND the money.Today I was supposed to receive around $500 in payouts, but instead my balance shows negative because of these chargebacks.This situation is extremely unfair for sellers. A buyer can use the product and then chargeback later, and the platform provides no protection or warning for the merchant.I have contacted support and I expect a proper explanation and a solution for this issue. If this is how sellers are treated, it will be very difficult to continue using this platform.I strongly recommend other sellers to be careful and understand the risks before using this service.
