This company made a complaint on my mother's behalf, a process I could have done myself. They charged an excessive fee of 30% of the recovered funds. Most concerningly, they told my mother she would get her award as a cash lump sum, and that she could use that to pay them their extortionate fee. But when that failed, becasue the other side simply reinstated her pension, they billed my mother instead.Knowing my mother wouldn't have the money for that eventuality, they still recommended she proceeded with this course, and are now happily telling her she has 28 days to find thousands of pounds.This company is highly unethical, targetting Boomers and the Silent Gen and claiming to offer a much needed service. Then hiding the truth deep inside their T's & C's.I would strongly advise others to avoid them.AI can do what they do. Don't waste your money!
Money Redress are one of those rare companies - totally legit, honest, hardworking and get results - over the past few years, they have recovered not only my initial investment in a SIPP's, but a significant further amount that my pensions would have been worth in today's market, if I had not amalgamated them and purchased the SIPP. I got ripped off with my pension so I contacted money redress who took my case on and after a year or so I received my original investment back. I had thought that would be the end of the mater however money redress advised me that I could recover the losses that my pension would have been today had I not have been ripped off . Consequently after a few years I received a substantial payout thanks to money redress I can now enjoy my retirement. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough thank you money redress
I invested in a SIPP purchasing a property through the Resort group PLC. This investment has been a total scam from day one, and now, after many years of disappointments, non existant returns and basically just given up on the investment Money Redress have managed through the FSCS to claw back a sizeable chunk of the investment. It took Money redress many years to finally get my settlement but they got there in the end. Whenever they got a no from somewhere they tried a different avenue. I was kept informed of their progress and were always polite and helpful if I needed to call them.
