This company made a complaint on my mother's behalf, a process I could have done myself. They charged an excessive fee of 30% of the recovered funds. Most concerningly, they told my mother she would get her award as a cash lump sum, and that she could use that to pay them their extortionate fee. But when that failed, becasue the other side simply reinstated her pension, they billed my mother instead.Knowing my mother wouldn't have the money for that eventuality, they still recommended she proceeded with this course, and are now happily telling her she has 28 days to find thousands of pounds.This company is highly unethical, targetting Boomers and the Silent Gen and claiming to offer a much needed service. Then hiding the truth deep inside their T's & C's.I would strongly advise others to avoid them.AI can do what they do. Don't waste your money!
