MoneySupermarket run various promotions, such as one last Christmas for a £25 Amazon voucher if you sign up through them for a TSB Spend and Save account. So I did that but never got the £25 voucher. Emailed several times to try and sort out a "missing award" claim but simply no reply from them. Nothing. Have just completely ignored all my emails. Shockingly dire customer service.
