In order to receive my £15 reward I have to download the MoneySuperMarket app. I don't want or need this app so won't be able to claim my reward. I won't be using this company again.
Good to be able to make comparisons. What is more irritating is that one price is quoted by a company for car insurance. If you decide to come out of it for literally a few minutes to look at another site and then return, the cost changes. I looked at one company three times and the price went from £206 to £208, to £207. I chose it but there was still an increase. Hey ho.
Filled in online form. Bought car insurance only to find that as my licence was less than a year the insurer didn’t cover me. Had to cancel and cost me £85 for nothing
MoneySuperMarket is a good comparison website that I use whenever home/contents & motor insurance are due for renewal. I like to check a good 30 days before the renewal date to get the best price. Very easy to use.
Disappointed with MSM for once as took out policy with a cheap car breakdown org listed on MSM to find their national recovery only takes you to a local garage (AA and Rac take you all the way back home). MSM doesn't make it clear on their website that 'National Recovery' means different things with different orgs. National Recovery with Cover my breakdown and rescue my car won't take you home! Tried emailing MSM to complain/point this out but met with AI response. So double complaint really, poor breakdown cover guidance by MSM and the AI response.
