I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I applied for a loan five days ago, but the amount has still not been disbursed. The customer representative was unable to address my concerns despite my repeated complaints. They seem to lack control over their insurance partner. There are no solutions provided for customers; you are simply left waiting for the funds you urgently need. I advise against using their app. It has been a very frustrating experience.
