Monica Vinaders customer care team is amazing with a special mention to Harley. I spoke with him over the phone and he went way past my initial expectations for customer service staff. He was very attentive and really knows his stuff about everything honestly a lovely chap to talk to and I genuinely feel as if I could talk on and on and on. It really does give such a personal touch to customer service and not many people realise how important and how much of an effect it has on customers like myself. Give this chap the credit he deserves, he clearly loves what he does and I have to say bravo
