My jewellery was stolen. I received it as a gift so was unable to check the order online my account but Rosie from customer service was extremely helpful in sourcing the earrings which were no longer on the website and setting up the order for me. Customer service was excellent Rosie really was so helpful, I am extremely grateful!
Possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced. 5 year warranty on all their jewellery, no quibbles. I received a necklace as a gift from my husband and 3 years later broke the chain. Entirely my fault as I snagged it on a jumper. Unfortunately it could not be repaired and was no longer in stock, so MV issued me a gift voucher for the original price, which I have 12 months to spend. Every single interaction with them was a breeze and a pleasure. Not often you can say that.

The aftercare and warranty service is exceptional! I purchased a bracelet and unfortunately broke it (my mistake!). I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary repair, and when it couldn't be fixed, they provided me with full credit to choose a replacement. I did, and it was on sale, just as stunning as my original piece. From now on, I will choose this sterling silver option over a well-known larger jewelry brand every time!
I purchased a multi chain gold vermeil necklace during a sale, which made it a great deal. The designs strike a balance between modern and classic. The gold vermeil resembles real gold, with a more understated color compared to other gold plated jewelry I've encountered. I hope it meets the advertised expectations for durability. The purchasing experience was swift and smooth, and the packaging was impressive—definitely feels upscale.

My previous review seems to have been taken down. I received an email from the support team acknowledging my review. I placed my order two weeks ago, and it’s still stuck in customs. I've been assured twice that someone would contact me regarding the customs issue, but I've received no response. The customer support is lacking; it feels like you're just communicating with a machine. I can't recommend this site at all.
The in-store experience in Edinburgh was extremely disappointing. We recently bought two birthstone necklaces as 21st birthday gifts for our twin nieces, and it was nothing short of frustrating. Initially, we specifically requested two lockets that could be engraved. A staff member suggested a style that supposedly fit our needs, but we later found out it could only be engraved with a single letter. It was evident that the staff had limited knowledge about their own products, which is disheartening when purchasing something special. Additionally, the chains we selected in-store were said to be 'no longer available.' However, once we returned home, we discovered those exact chains were available online. This not only meant we missed out on what we wanted, but the alternatives offered were significantly more expensive. We inquired about waiting for the engraving and were told it would take 24 hours. That seemed reasonable—until we returned the next day to find the engraving hadn’t even begun. Instead, we were asked to wait in-store for over half an hour while they completed it. There was no apology or explanation provided. At no point did any staff member make us feel welcomed or valued as customers. This entire experience overshadowed what should have been meaningful gifts for a significant birthday. In hindsight, I wish I had just ordered online—saving myself the hassle and even receiving a discount. The in-store experience is terrible, and I won’t be coming back.
Amazing service from this company! The customer support was exceptional—quick responses and very friendly. My earrings were swiftly repaired and returned, with regular updates until they arrived.
