Overall a good experience. I appreciate the prompt delivery of a quality item. However, I'm disappointed with the lack of customer support which forced me to buy a new one. I attempted to reconnect my first device multiple times with new batteries and in an open area, but received no assistance. If your problem doesn't match their limited troubleshooting advice, you're out of luck.
