Honest review after a year of using the device. I found it to be unreliable, frequently losing signal and causing false alarms. The support team acknowledged these issues but offered no solutions. Therefore, I will not be renewing my subscription. From my experience, the device is ineffective and not worth the cost. Comprehensive motorcycle insurance with theft coverage offers much better protection. I cannot recommend this tracker.

Overall a good experience. I appreciate the prompt delivery of a quality item. However, I'm disappointed with the lack of customer support which forced me to buy a new one. I attempted to reconnect my first device multiple times with new batteries and in an open area, but received no assistance. If your problem doesn't match their limited troubleshooting advice, you're out of luck.
