After a year of using the device, I found it to be unreliable. It frequently lost signal and triggered numerous false alarms. The support team acknowledged these issues on my account but did not provide any solutions. Due to this experience, I will not be renewing my subscription. In my opinion, the device is ineffective and not worth the investment. Comprehensive motorcycle insurance with theft coverage offers much better protection. I cannot recommend this tracker.
