Most of my blood samples weren’t able to be tested which is annoying as I’m already ill and it was difficult to get the sample and travel to send it to the post office. The website is glitchy and hard to use, the ‘comments’ on the blood tests that were able to be tested made no sense. I’ve done a lot of home tests with other companies that have gone smoothly and was given vital information on my tests. This was an awful experience, will not be using them again.
