Quick service, wish there were more options.

Testing kit arrived Thursday afternoon, easy to do blood test, back in post Thursday evening, results arrived by email late Friday night. Clear results, easy to understand. Only downside is I wish there were more tests available, especially re vitamins.

Fantastic facility

Fantastic facility, allows me to monitor my thyroid condition. Brilliant communications at every stage of the process, when lab receive specimen, when results are available…Results are accompanied by a detailed report - not just a set of figures and a reference table. The turnaround time is super fast - around 48 hours. I highly recommend this service - very reasonable cost for such a great service.

Most of my blood samples weren’t able…

Most of my blood samples weren’t able to be tested which is annoying as I’m already ill and it was difficult to get the sample and travel to send it to the post office. The website is glitchy and hard to use, the ‘comments’ on the blood tests that were able to be tested made no sense. I’ve done a lot of home tests with other companies that have gone smoothly and was given vital information on my tests. This was an awful experience, will not be using them again.
