Results turned around quickly - so that aspect was fine. The pack could be improved eg. the comp slip should be in the box rather than outside, as you need to use it. (Take a look at how Medichecks does it.) Moreover, it was very difficult to access my test results because the website navigation, particularly on a mobile phone, was unresponsive.I have given a three-star review so that someone picks it up and takes action, but overall, the testing side of things is very good and I would recommend.
