I ordered a palette on 12.09.23 with tracked DHL shipping expected in 4-6 days. As of 04.10.23, I still have no palette and no customs forms. My emails and messages to the company went unanswered, so I'm now filing a chargeback with PayPal since DHL tracking indicates it's being returned due to insufficient sender information. I'm really disappointed, as the makeup isn't cheap. Update: I received a refund after filing the chargeback and an apology for the issue on their end. I have reordered, so I will update if it arrives.
