The service is disappointing because the stock is often unreliable. After more than 10 days, I received an email saying the product was out of stock, even though it was listed as available when I ordered. This happens frequently, and I don't receive a code to repurchase at the original sale price. It seems the stock levels are not trustworthy.
The palette arrived with one broken shadow. I reached out, and they saw my message but didn't respond. It's unfortunate because the delivery was excellent, but they seem to disregard communication with customers when issues arise. This was a gift, and while I wanted to make more purchases, I won't due to the poor service.
The customer support here is virtually non-existent. I placed a large order that was returned by customs due to incorrect declaration by the seller. I've tried multiple times to contact them through email and social media, where I can see they read my messages but ignored them. Now, I'm forced to claim my money back through PayPal, which is a lengthy process. While the service sounds great in theory, their lack of care for customers means I won't be shopping here again; I'll go directly to US brands.
I ordered a palette on 12.09.23 with tracked DHL shipping expected in 4-6 days. As of 04.10.23, I still have no palette and no customs forms. My emails and messages to the company went unanswered, so I'm now filing a chargeback with PayPal since DHL tracking indicates it's being returned due to insufficient sender information. I'm really disappointed, as the makeup isn't cheap. Update: I received a refund after filing the chargeback and an apology for the issue on their end. I have reordered, so I will update if it arrives.
This company is a scam. I attempted to order a product, but they emailed me saying my address was not valid. We've lived at the same address for 20 years, but since I used my mother's name, I thought maybe it was registered under her maiden name, so I replied with my father's name. Nothing happened. Since then, I've reached out twice for the product or a refund, but only received an irrelevant response asking what the problem was.
