I ordered a 5x100 amp on November 25, 2025, and as of today, December 17, 2025, the status still shows packed. The item is listed as in stock, so I’m unsure about the hold-up. I contacted the support team around December 5, and they assured me the package would be ready in 24 to 48 hours, advising me to check back on December 15 if there were no updates. I reached out again on December 15, and still no response. I'm considering canceling my order and choosing another seller.
