I felt compelled to share my experience after seeing numerous negative reviews about the company, which initially made me hesitant. Thankfully, I ordered two HDMI 8x8 Matrix Switchers. My experience has been incredibly positive, from helpful email guidance to a seamless ordering and delivery process—truly a flawless experience you hope for with any online retailer. I find it hard to understand the dissatisfaction expressed by many; it seems disconnected from my own experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. The HDMI switcher is impressive; unlike many lower-quality alternatives, it delivers genuine 4K60 4:4:4 performance, just what serious users desire. The build quality is exceptional—robust and reliable. It offers 8x HDMI inputs and outputs, along with 8x mini TRS stereo outputs and 8x RCA mono outputs.
I ordered a 5x100 amp on November 25, 2025, and as of today, December 17, 2025, the status still shows packed. The item is listed as in stock, so I’m unsure about the hold-up. I contacted the support team around December 5, and they assured me the package would be ready in 24 to 48 hours, advising me to check back on December 15 if there were no updates. I reached out again on December 15, and still no response. I'm considering canceling my order and choosing another seller.

There’s a reason this company has so many negative reviews across social media. I used to buy from them regularly for my previous business but stopped due to ongoing customer service, refund, and shipment problems. Years later, I decided to give them another chance, but after two orders, I’m already facing issues. I emailed them three times before placing my order and received no response. I tried again recently, but still no reply. I ordered an expensive cable for in-wall use, and two hours later, they informed me it was unsuitable and recommended another one at the same price. When I called to request a swap, I was told I needed to cancel my entire order and reorder, which was frustrating. The representative couldn’t provide proof of cancellation, and when I asked for a supervisor, I was denied. Returning items can cause significant delays, and I regret not heeding the warnings of others.
I spent around $14 on a cable, and I was charged that amount. The next day, I noticed a $10 charge for a delivery service I don’t even use. I suspect my information has been misused. Please, for your own sake, consider shopping elsewhere; this experience has been far from worth it.
One of the most important devices in my home office is my 4x4 HDMI matrix switch from the company. I connect three monitors across three computers, one of which has dual HDMI ports, totaling four computers. After a few years, the switch failed, but the company replaced it under warranty with excellent customer service and communication.
I reached out to the company regarding a replacement for a defective cable that they claim has a lifetime warranty. I provided the original receipt, but they directed me to another platform for the replacement. After numerous attempts with that platform, they told me to return to the company. I forwarded their response, but I’ve received no further communication. Avoid spending your money on their products with warranty claims, as they seem unwilling to honor them.
I advise against buying from this company. Prices for the same item fluctuate drastically within an hour. After finally purchasing an item at a reasonable price and receiving an invoice, they suddenly canceled my order and returned the money. This feels like a breach of contract. I reported this to another platform, and they are looking into it. I don’t even understand why they deserve a star; they are simply scammers.
I received misleading shipping information. My order tracking showed it was delivered, but the postal service indicated they were still waiting for the package. Additionally, our building locks at 6 PM, so no one could gain access. The company used to be reliable, but now their customer support is ineffective and shows no concern for resolving their errors. They should be ashamed of their poor service.
I placed an order online and canceled it 15 minutes later by phone. They confirmed the cancellation, but the next day, I received FedEx tracking numbers. I called FedEx, and they stated it was never canceled. I refused delivery, and it was sent back. The company assured me they issued a refund, but I never received it. Today is May 20, 2025, and I’ve disputed the transaction. This company is unprofessional and lacks transparency.
