I used to buy from them regularly for my previous business but stopped due to ongoing customer service, refund, and shipment problems. Years later, I decided to give them another chance, but after two orders, I’m already facing issues. I emailed them three times before placing my order and received no response. I tried again recently, but still no reply. I ordered an expensive cable for in-wall use, and two hours later, they informed me it was unsuitable and recommended another one at the same price. When I called to request a swap, I was told I needed to cancel my entire order and reorder, which was frustrating. The representative couldn’t provide proof of cancellation, and when I asked for a supervisor, I was denied. Returning items can cause significant delays, and I regret not heeding the warnings of others.
