Paid for expedited shipping. Recieved on date quoted for free shipping

I ordered a TV stand on Nov. 18th. I was told free shipping would arrive on Nov. 25th. I decided to get 3 day delivery for an additional $30. Product was supposed to arrive on Nov. 23rd. TV stand didn't arrive until the 25th.It wasn't that big of deal but I tried to get the extra shipping cost refunded. I called on the 25th and asked for a refund. They offered $12 for the $30 cost. I had paid $30 extra for 3 day shipping and expected 30 back (shipping was free for standard ground). Then they offered $19 back. They then offered $25 and said that was the highest they could go without management approval. I said no. The item had only cost $39.95 and I hadn't even complained. I just wanted my money back for a service I hadn't recieved. Customer service said I would receive an email detailing my refund. After not receiving the email, I called back evening of the 28th. I spoke with a supervisor and explained the situation. She apologized and said they would issue a full refund but that it would take several days. Fine I said. On Dec. 4th, I saw my bank had received a credit. Didn't think too much about it. Looked closer today. They refunded $16.24 of the $30.08 they had charged for 3 day service. An amount lower than than 2 of the offers I had heard in the Nov.25th call. The person on the Nov. 28 call said I would receive a full shipping cost refund. A partial refund wasn't discussed other than me complaining they had tried in the first place. And why would it be? They offered the service. I paid for it.Just wanted to add I'm very satisfied with product and late arrival no big deal...other than being charged and being lied to. They don't record calls to see if they screwed up. They only use the recording if it helps them.
