I had a very disappointing experience. While shipping is free, the return costs are excessively high and not clearly stated. I bought a dress on sale for a certain amount, but when I attempted to return it, I was informed that a significant fee would be deducted for the return shipping—almost half the item's value. Consequently, I must keep a dress I dislike. I also ordered a different dress that suits my style better, but due to these return costs, this will be my last purchase. Customer service was equally disappointing, providing generic responses without resolving my concerns. This return policy is misleading and not customer-friendly.
