I am really shocked at some of the quality. Some is ok if you buy in the. Sale. Customer service is bad. The next day delivery is an absolute joke. This shall be the second weekend that I will be returning goods that I never received on time. Also some orders not even showing on my account.,
3/4 days to get the two dresses ( same dress different sizes) delivered free to the store in Silverburn. Unfortunately had to keep going outside store to access the WiFi in order to get into my account to return the one that didn’t fit.
This dress came up very large - granted it was a M rather than a specific size. However, the dress was much longer at the front than at the back and the whole hemline was rather uneven. The underskirt was short - it only came as far down as knee- length and the dress was semi-sheer, needing a longer underskirt. Finally, the belt loop on the left hand side was broken All in all a bit of a disappointment - but I loved the colour, the style and the fabric. Pity it didn't live up to expectations.
Easy to order and kept informed about delivery.
Ordered two skirts, lovely design but a bit bigger then I thought. Material (denim) a little thin.
Kept the other one. Loved the fact it had a cotton lining.
Excellent return service too.
My order arrived quickly and all items apart from one looked like their photos on the webpage. I needed to return one item and it was straightforward. I am delighted with the simplicity of ordering, receiving delivery and returning items.
My only issue was that the delivery company didn’t follow my online instructions for delivery to my front door.
I placed an order in November that never arrived. After a few weeks, I received a refund and was advised to reorder with next day delivery. I did so, but after another week, my order still hadn’t arrived. When I contacted customer service to ask them not to cancel my order, they went ahead and canceled it anyway. I've spent a month trying to get an item delivered, but all I have to show for it are numerous emails and phone calls. I strongly recommend avoiding online orders!
A heartfelt thank you to the representative for being so helpful and kind today. Nothing was too much trouble; they handled all the details for me while I was in the fitting room and assisted with the technical aspects of earning reward points. They were genuinely warm and supportive, which made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their help, especially since I needed extra support.
I had a very disappointing experience. While shipping is free, the return costs are excessively high and not clearly stated. I bought a dress on sale for a certain amount, but when I attempted to return it, I was informed that a significant fee would be deducted for the return shipping—almost half the item's value. Consequently, I must keep a dress I dislike. I also ordered a different dress that suits my style better, but due to these return costs, this will be my last purchase. Customer service was equally disappointing, providing generic responses without resolving my concerns. This return policy is misleading and not customer-friendly.
