I placed an order in November that never arrived. After a few weeks, I received a refund and was advised to reorder with next day delivery. I did so, but after another week, my order still hadn’t arrived. When I contacted customer service to ask them not to cancel my order, they went ahead and canceled it anyway. I've spent a month trying to get an item delivered, but all I have to show for it are numerous emails and phone calls. I strongly recommend avoiding online orders!
