I'm a big fan of Monsoon although my latest order was disappointing and didn't live up to my expectations based on the information and images online. But that won't stop me ordering again in the future as I've had a lot of good buys from them.
One thing to note though is that when using the parcel shop option the website says you'll have ten days to collect your parcel. But when I got notification that it was awaiting pick-up I was only given three days, and as we were away for the weekend I only just got there in time!
