I purchased a vertical flat panel radiator, but it turned out to lack a built-in diverter valve like others. The support team suggested it might be a system issue after I bled it, but out of the two radiators I installed that day, the flat panel was ineffective. After spending extra on a diverter, it still doesn't heat properly. I found their offer of a tenner for the inconvenience to be quite insulting.
