ordered a call of duty ww11 loot crate from them which included in the box 2 drinking glasses, unfortunately when delivered one of the glasses had shattered in the box,I contacted the company twice through their contact us process but received no reply,I cant find a contact number for them anywhere so I used facebook to message them,they replied saying they would send a new item out, that failed to appear, I have contacted them numerous times since and not had any reply it seems they are ignoring my messages and have no intention of replacing the damaged item or refunding my money,in my experience they are a company who don't want to deal with any problems and the customer service is completely useless,I would advise that you spend your money elsewhere rather than with monster-shop,co,uk as they will not replace or refund your goods if they arrive damaged
