This has got to be the easiest way to de-clutter your home without the hassle of driving to a charity shop and then be told, your items are not wanted. You just have to pack your good quality items, bric a brac, clothing, books etc in bags or boxes and book your collection. Anglo keep you informed when they will collect and you can track the driver, so you know exactly when they are going to arrive. If you are not home when they collect, you can leave them on your doorstep but their dates and times are really flexible. The driver's are really friendly, polite and professional. It's a win win situation. Thank you Anglo.
Anglo doorstep collections is a really reliable charity service. The convenience of being able to have donations collected from your door is a game changer- and the range of what they take is huge. It is wonderful to see good things that are no longer wanted or needed being put to good use and not just thrown away. I love that there is a choice of charities and so try and alternate. The drivers are polite and keep you updated on time of arrival and are always accurate. Strongly recommend
Great experience, was recommended by a friend, i had just done a January clear out and was storing stuff in the garage so this was ideal. I booked a slot, left the stuff out and the items were taken in the time slot given. Great service. Will def use you again and will definitely recommend.
Was so easy, guidance on how to stort the bags was really helpful and got notified when driver was close so I put everything outside, he took everything. Can't ask for more was brilliant and will definitely be using again.
Shockingly bad service.
Have tried to donate a considerable amount and was told there was no record of my booking despite me sending in the confirmation they’d sent me. Told it was being ‘looked into’ by IT but emails left un-answered.
Only attempt to use if you have enough time to chase daily by email and phone.
Donations still not collected after 2 weeks since first contact.
Absolutely brilliant. Driver was on time and came up to my flat to carry 3 heavy bags down. He was extremely pleasant and efficient and I thoroughly recommend this service.
I am so pleased I found you! What am absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. So easy to book, great communication and collected within the time frame and then updated me to say they have collected. I also love the way a certain amount of the proceeds from the donations go to your chosen charity.

First time using Anglo Doorstep Collections and it won’t be the last. The process is so easy and efficient - online booking, notification of 2-hour collection slot the preceding day and live collection tracking on the day. The driver, Marcin, was lovely and a great ambassador for the company.

So easy to use Anglo Doorstep Collections! Love that you can nominate a charity. Regular updates re next collection dates in your area (inspires you to have yet ANOTHER clear out!)
