Received the wrong chair and missing parts, no resolution

I ordered a chair complete with accessories, but it arrived months later than promised. They sent the wrong chair, with several parts missing. They even split the shipment into two packages, resulting in double customs fees for me. My repeated inquiries to customer service have gone largely unanswered.
