I am writing this because I am completely disheartened and let down by this service. I ordered an electric fire, but it actually came from another group. It arrived damaged, and after reaching out, I was stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth via email, especially given that it’s winter and I needed the fire urgently. They arranged for a collection and sent a replacement, which also arrived damaged, and even worse—the cable was completely cut, rendering it unusable. The box was soaked as well. After several days of waiting, with young children at home, all I wanted was to heat our house. This service has been the least helpful I’ve encountered. They seem indifferent to customer satisfaction. I ended up spending £75 to repair the damaged cable on the fire they sent, as I couldn’t afford to wait for another potentially damaged item. They haven’t even offered to reimburse me. So, not only did I pay £250 for the fire, but now I’m also out £75 for the repair. Not even a partial refund! It's rare to encounter a service that insists on returning a damaged item when most would either suggest disposing of it or offer a refund.
