I am writing this because I am completely disheartened and let down by this service. I ordered an electric fire, but it actually came from another group. It arrived damaged, and after reaching out, I was stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth via email, especially given that it’s winter and I needed the fire urgently. They arranged for a collection and sent a replacement, which also arrived damaged, and even worse—the cable was completely cut, rendering it unusable. The box was soaked as well. After several days of waiting, with young children at home, all I wanted was to heat our house. This service has been the least helpful I’ve encountered. They seem indifferent to customer satisfaction. I ended up spending £75 to repair the damaged cable on the fire they sent, as I couldn’t afford to wait for another potentially damaged item. They haven’t even offered to reimburse me. So, not only did I pay £250 for the fire, but now I’m also out £75 for the repair. Not even a partial refund! It's rare to encounter a service that insists on returning a damaged item when most would either suggest disposing of it or offer a refund.
I purchased a commercial grease trap in January 2025, and it has developed a major leak from the seams. This appears to be a structural failure of the stainless steel unit, rather than an installation issue. Upon inspection, I found that all connections and seals are completely dry. The leak is coming directly from the manufacturing welds of the unit. I have photographic and video evidence that shows the installation is correct and the problem lies with the product's manufacturing quality. According to the relevant consumer rights legislation, products must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose for a reasonable duration. A stainless steel commercial unit failing in under a year violates these rights. I have reached out to the support team via email and a platform with my findings. I'm sharing this here to ensure my claim is recognized and not dismissed with generic responses, as the warranty terms seem to exclude non-electrical items. Legal rights take precedence over store policies. I expect a replacement or repair to be arranged promptly in line with my rights. I will gladly update this review to 5 stars once this issue is professionally resolved.
The initial delivery was supposed to arrive the next day but didn't. I was willing to overlook this as mistakes can happen, but now a second order has also failed to arrive, despite being promised for next day delivery. This appears to be a poorly managed service with little regard for customers.
Received a 350kg coal bunker promptly with fast delivery. It was easy to assemble, and all necessary fixings were provided, though a pop riveter was needed as mentioned in the advertisement. I managed to set it up alone in an hour. Great product!
