Initial order via B&Q website, order then met via 3rd party, in this case Monstershop, who were simply outstanding across all areas, especially their customer service department.
Unfortunately, there was an issue regarding the delivery of my order, however, no fault of Monstershop, courier focused.
Surprisingly, and to their credit, Monstershop customer service team took responsibility and resolved the matter: exceptional customer care 🙏🏻
