Initially, I had concerns with the shifting when I purchased it new, and after 95k miles, it overheated on the highway, requiring a tow. I added a thermal bypass and had the fluid flushed at the dealer. The truck was shifting roughly and had noticeable torque converter shudder on the way home, so I didn’t drive it afterwards.
