Was charged a core deposit fee without any notes on “we won’t take back this model of transmission back because having your old transmission shipped back is more expensive”….kind of messed up because I waited over 3 months for them to find a core for a 97 4l60e so clearly it’s not like they’re just laying around for $10 at a yard sale. Either don’t charge the core fee, if the type of model is not cost efficient to ship back, or be honest and charge a $300 shipping fee and NOT promise a “quick and simple core return”.
