I made a deposit of NZ$40 on 17th October and I won 2,113. I tried to withdraw the 2k but it says try again with a less amount. I tried again 1,000 and it went through but today's the 26th October and its still pending on process.. I played before with other casinos any it only took 3 business days to process payments. Today is the 8th day since I made a withdrawal request and I hope I will receive the 1k I requested for withdrawal. The other 1,113 real money was left on my account I would say it's more like vanished by playing and bet on the same day I made a withdrawal request. I did not receive any more win, all the $1,113 spent and its unbelievable.. i deposited again another NZ$40 and nothing gained from that... I messaged to their customer services and all agents served me each day in regards with my requesthave same responses. They have a highest number of payouts and they apologized for the delay.. now I'm patiently waiting for the hope I can withdraw my 1k very soon. I came up here and read people's views and I'm kinda 😟 worrying...
