This Company started really well with prompt payouts and had no trouble at all. Until there was a problem. That problem involved a $700 payout in which I was informed had been approved for withdrawal. This was a process that was familiar as previous transactions. This time the payout was untimely-usually the same day. I complained, they returned the money-and indicated that the money that had been returned had to be turned over and I could not withdraw it. Remember-this is money that I had already won and had also been approved. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Should my issue be rectified, I will retract this feedback. Dated-17/1/26 DL
Would give zero stars if I could. Used loyalty points to change to e5 bonus money happened to be lucky enough to win over 300 euros within minutes it was reduced down to 25 euros apparently you only get 5 times your bonus money and then of course no more wine thieves and scammers avoid this site plenty of other honest ones that pay out your Winnings on your bonuses
Scam!!! Stay away. No mail answers, fake campaigns where you don’t get the cashback. And the weekly cashback they say is 15% it is 0,0015% that is being paid out. The customer «service» is unavailable, ignorant and condescending. Stay away stay away stay away!!!

I made a deposit of NZ$40 on 17th October and I won 2,113. I tried to withdraw the 2k but it says try again with a less amount. I tried again 1,000 and it went through but today's the 26th October and its still pending on process.. I played before with other casinos any it only took 3 business days to process payments. Today is the 8th day since I made a withdrawal request and I hope I will receive the 1k I requested for withdrawal. The other 1,113 real money was left on my account I would say it's more like vanished by playing and bet on the same day I made a withdrawal request. I did not receive any more win, all the $1,113 spent and its unbelievable.. i deposited again another NZ$40 and nothing gained from that... I messaged to their customer services and all agents served me each day in regards with my requesthave same responses. They have a highest number of payouts and they apologized for the delay.. now I'm patiently waiting for the hope I can withdraw my 1k very soon. I came up here and read people's views and I'm kinda 😟 worrying...
