Montblanc Service is of the poorest quality I have encountered with any luxury goods supplier bar-none!Ordered (10256366) personalised STARWALKER pen 29th of November 2023. Now 13 December 2023 and the goods are not received. No communication from Montblanc to explain/apologise. I was informed by Montblanc 4 days excluding weekends to service the order. Completely ruined the purpose for the purchase.
