I have bought and had repair warranty a 149 pen. I have bought and had repaired under warranty a Geosphere watch. Pens are basically good, not great, however the customer service is terrible. I was literally interrogated for 40 minutes at the MB butique, in a very rude and in a very offensive way. Pen was finally sent to MB and repaired (nib was groomed). The watch was repaired uncessecfully, after one year the same error occurs (chronograph gets stuck from time to time), watch was scratched in the repair, the service left dust in the case. Do you need any more recommendations?

Very poor customer support

I had a terrible experience with customer support. I realized I hadn’t selected express delivery and called just two minutes after placing my order. The representative struggled with English, and the noise from a child made it hard to hear. They informed me they couldn’t cancel or upgrade my order. I'm still waiting on the delivery, which appears to be stuck... I will definitely avoid them in the future.

Delivery issues and lack of support

My order was delivered and left outside on my doorstep in the rain, resulting in damage. Since it was engraved with the recipient's name, I can't return it. It took two weeks to get a response from the support team, and when they did reply, their assistance was lacking and unsympathetic. I still haven't received a refund or compensation from this so-called luxury brand. The product quality is disappointing given the price. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Extremely poor customer service. I realized I didn’t choose express delivery and called them just minutes after placing my online order. The representative had limited English skills, and the noise from a child nearby made it difficult to hear. They said they couldn’t cancel the order or upgrade the delivery, even after such a short time. I'm still waiting for the delivery, as it seems to be stuck at the depot... I will definitely steer clear of them in the future.

Wonderful experience at the shop

I recently visited a shop looking for a gift for a colleague moving abroad. I was warmly greeted by a knowledgeable representative who suggested a beautiful pen and notebook. We had them engraved, and I picked them up two days later in a stunning presentation box. The representative was friendly and professional. Disappointed with customer service

I was really let down by the customer service. My partner bought me a gift, but since I already had a similar item, I wanted to return it. The item was brand new and unused, but they refused to issue a refund and only offered an exchange. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, I expected more flexibility. Disappointment with product support

I am quite disappointed. I bought a beautiful pen, but when the cartridge ran out, none of the replacements they sold fit. After multiple attempts to reach customer service, I received incorrect advice and then no response at all. They seem to lack a proper refill for their own product. I eventually found a compatible refill elsewhere, but the customer service was unhelpful.

Buyer beware of ink issues

If you're considering a ballpoint pen, be cautious. I bought a replacement pen, but after just three weeks it ran out of ink. I contacted customer support, and while they initially offered a complimentary refill, they later changed their minds and insisted I purchase it at a discount. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for a brand with a long-standing reputation.

Avoid this brand

My experience with a high-end fountain pen was disastrous. After just a few months of gentle use, it broke.
