We own several pens, went in to the Leeds store for ink, cartridges and to report a faulty pen.The store didn’t have any of the ink or cartridges and we were asked to order it on line.Regarding the faulty pen, we were promised a call back from the manager, this never happed.We visited the store 8 days ago and had to pay £10 postage for ink and we still have a fault pen.Very disappointed with after sales services
