This is a total scam! I purchased an overcoat for £99.99 for my dad and received a cheap, tacky item instead. The company could have handled this much better. I emailed them 6 to 7 times requesting a return and refund, but they ignored my messages, only replying to ask for pictures of the coat I received, which I provided. After that, they went silent again. They didn’t send me the return address I requested. I tried calling multiple times, but there was no response. It feels like they’re stalling until the 30-day return policy expires so they won’t have to issue a refund. The material is subpar and looks nothing like the photos they advertised. Stay away from this seller!
