This is by far the worst experience I've had with online ordering. First of all it should've been a red flag when I was unable to locate a phone number. You have to email the company and the response times for a response is 1-2 days.I ordered nov 20th, by December 1st I emailed asking for a cancelation because the items had not yet shipped. I waited 2 days for a response and I only got a response AFTER I sent an email that I had disputed the charge wirh my credit card company. They then sent a tracking for 2 of the items and it says they should arrive before December 25th. What?? From November 20th? There's no way to get any info from these people at all.. I dont advise ordering. I will update if and when my items arrive, but now reading other reviews I don't expect the quality to be there. TARGET sells essentially the same thing but I was trying to support small businesses. Actually I have since found other toys for less money. This has been a nightmare
