I’ve been very pleased with everything I’ve bought from Montessori generation. I was especially impressed with their excellent customer service when a gifted item that I purchased needed to be returned. All of my correspondence was met with a speedy reply and I was able to easily receive a credit for an alternative purchase. I will continue to do business with this company and recommend them.
I placed an order in December 2025 and quickly recognized it was a mistake. The company initially proposed an extra item instead of processing a return. I accepted the offer but then received no further communication. I never received my original order — I spent $130 and got nothing. Several emails and messages went unanswered, and their supposed 'no questions asked' refund policy was entirely disregarded. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.
I placed an order for 3 items 3 weeks ago. Their website claims a processing time of 1 business day most of the time and 4-5 days for delivery. Unfortunately, the items did not arrive by Christmas. The site indicates that shipments were held in customs, which raises my doubts about their claims of having a US warehouse. When I reached out to the support team for a refund, I was informed that they cannot 'cancel' an order that has already been shipped. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS SERVICE.
I would rate this lower if possible. Proceed with caution. I placed my order on 12/8 and reached out on 12/16 because I hadn’t received any tracking information. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and texts—at least 10—with no reply. I decided to cancel the order when it became clear I wouldn’t receive the items in time for the holidays. Now, I’m trying to dispute the charge on my credit card. I’m starting to think this might be a scam since they are unresponsive.

I've sent several emails to the support team, but none have been acknowledged. I'm now concerned that if these don't arrive in time for a Christmas gift for my grandson, the return process will be complicated.
I have ordered from this company before and was satisfied with the product. However, I placed an order for Christmas gifts on December 1 and I'm still waiting. I've been tracking it, and it got stuck at a facility on 12/15. I've emailed the company but haven't received any response. As a result, I just ordered similar items from another platform, which will arrive tomorrow.
The website was straightforward to use. The tracking process was precise. The toys were beautifully crafted and perfectly suited for their ages. What was promised was exactly what was delivered. The kids adored the toys. This was my first experience, and I will definitely keep shopping here. I've already suggested it to my family.
I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the positive reviews. I've been waiting for a felt Christmas tree and a switchboard since November 18. They took my payment immediately, but the wait has been endless. On December 15, after many emails and attempts to reach out, they finally contacted me with an offer for a toy valued at $60 from their site alongside my original order. I specified that I would only accept it if it arrived by December 19, 2025. Their next reply stated, "Thank you for your quick response. We’re happy to send a replacement with the Montessori Shape Blocks. However, due to the holiday season, we can’t guarantee delivery by December 23. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed. Warm regards." How would I like to proceed? I want the items I paid for over a month ago. I want the toy for my grandson to place under the tree; I don't need a Christmas tree in January. I believe these positive reviews are not genuine. Fortunately, I made the purchase through a payment service that is assisting me. I strongly advise staying away from this unreliable company. I will not buy from them again and believe they should be shut down for their actions.
