I bought the Christmas tree for my grandkids to decorate. It’s folded for shipping. Because of that, the tree doesn’t lay flat, it’s bent inward and the trunk of it is bent up.They can’t play with it like that.I sent the company an email. They responded by telling me to iron the tree to make it lay flat. That did not work, so I sent another email that I would like to return it for a refund. I have not received a response. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks.
