Items thrown in poly bag for shipping with no protection. While both toys were undamaged the box of one was crushed making it difficult to give as gift. Requested refund including return shipping. Apparently they would rather give a voucher for free toys than refund and pay for shipping to get their items back, though it was their own sloppiness that caused the issue. Or I can ship on my own dime and maybe see a refund of the items only after they inspect (pictures were provided)
