Ordered a toy for my grand daughter on 9/12/25 and shipping shows it was sent from warehouse the next day in L.A. it has been in transit since then. When I inquired I was told sorry for delay and sent me back to the same in transit website on 9/27/25 It has yet to arrive in the Denver suburb I wanted it sent to. I paid just over 40$. To say this is poor customer service is truly an understatement.
