I would rate this as zero stars if I could. The quality of the toy I purchased is extremely poor. They do not reply to emails, and there is no customer service phone number available. This makes it impossible to return the defective item. After seeing the numerous negative reviews, I realize I’m not alone in this frustration. I strongly advise steering clear of this fraudulent company. It's unacceptable for them to misuse a reputable name!
