I would rate this lower if possible. Proceed with caution. I placed my order on 12/8 and reached out on 12/16 because I hadn’t received any tracking information. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and texts—at least 10—with no reply. I decided to cancel the order when it became clear I wouldn’t receive the items in time for the holidays. Now, I’m trying to dispute the charge on my credit card. I’m starting to think this might be a scam since they are unresponsive.
